Fumi - Chilled Cherry | 10 Cans Product Description
Fumi Chilled Cherry: Cherry Nicotine Pouches, Properly Chilled
Fumi Chilled Cherry is the first cherry flavour from the Swedish pouch maker, and it landed in the UK in June 2026. Ripe, dark cherry up front. A cool menthol wave behind it. A tangy little bite to finish. It comes as a slim, all-white, completely tobacco-free pouch in 4mg Regular or 8mg Strong, with 20 pouches in every can. At NicotineBuzz you get 10 cans for £34.99, which works out at £3.50 a can (from £2.75 a can with multi-buy deals) while most UK shops charge £4.49 for a single.

Cherry has been oddly underserved in nicotine pouches. Plenty of brands do a dark cherry or a cherry cola at knuckle-whitening strengths, but a proper cherry at everyday strengths, from a brand known for getting flavours right, is new territory. Fumi built its name on off-piste ideas like Salty Violet and Prickly Pear, so a cherry from them was never going to taste like cough syrup.
What Does Fumi Chilled Cherry Taste Like?
Real cherry, not the boiled-sweet impression of one. The opening few minutes are sweet and jammy, closer to black forest gateau than to cherry menthol lozenges. Then the chilled part shows up: a clean cooling layer that builds gradually instead of ambushing your sinuses the way a heavy ice flavour does.
The finish is where Fumi shows off. As the sweetness settles, a bright, tart edge comes through and keeps the flavour interesting for the whole session. Expect 20 to 45 minutes of genuine taste from one pouch, with the cooling hanging around after the fruit fades.

Because the pouches are intentionally moist, flavour and nicotine both arrive faster than they do from dry-cut rivals. That moisture is a deliberate Fumi trait; it is also why the brand feels softer against the gum than stiffer, gel-like pouches. If you prefer a bone-dry, barely-there pouch, this is honestly not your can, and something like a dry mini format elsewhere will suit you better.
Worth knowing where this sits in the wider cherry family, because the label matters more than you might think. Classic cherry pouches aim for defined, red-fruit sweetness. Black cherry nicotine pouches go darker and less sweet, sometimes with an almost woody depth. Cherry ice flavours flip the balance entirely and lead with menthol. Chilled Cherry threads the middle: the fruit of a classic cherry, a whisper of black cherry depth in the finish, and just enough cooling to earn the name without wandering into ice territory.
How Strong Is Fumi Chilled Cherry? 4mg vs 8mg
Two strengths, one flavour. Pick from the dropdown above and the strength dots update with your choice.
| Strength | Nicotine | Fumi calls it | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4mg - Low ⦿⦿⦿ | 4mg per pouch (5.7 mg/g) | Regular | New pouch users, light smokers, daytime use |
| 8mg - Medium ⦿⦿⦿⦿ | 8mg per pouch (11.4 mg/g) | Strong | Regular smokers and experienced pouch users |

A note on dots, because two systems are in play here. Fumi prints its own gauge on the can, where Chilled Cherry reads two filled squares of six for the 4mg and three of six for the 8mg. The dots you see on this page use our cross-brand scale instead, so you can compare a Fumi against a Velo or a ZYN at a glance. Same pouch, two rulers.
Never used a pouch before? Start at 4mg regardless of how much you smoke. The jump to 8mg is bigger than the arithmetic suggests, and there is no prize for going in too hot. Seasoned users who find 8mg tame should look at Fumi Freezy Mint, which climbs to 11mg and 15mg, because the fruit flavours currently stop at 8mg.
One more thing the mg number does not tell you: Fumi pouches are pH-balanced, weighing citric acid against sodium carbonate so the nicotine crosses the gum lining quickly. In practice a Fumi 8mg feels prompt and lively where some drier 8mg rivals feel like they are still warming up ten minutes in. A pharmaceutical-grade stabiliser then keeps the release level across the session rather than front-loading it. Quick to arrive, steady once there. That combination is most of the reason people stay with the brand once they try it.

The all-white construction matters beyond looks. White pouches will not stain your teeth the way traditional snus can, and the slim cut sits flat under the lip without the tell-tale bulge. Nobody in the meeting needs to know.
How to Use Fumi Chilled Cherry Pouches
Take one pouch and park it under your upper lip, flat against the gum. A light tingle in the first couple of minutes is completely normal, a touch sharper on the 8mg. That settles into a steady, background sort of satisfaction within five minutes or so.
Leave it in for 20 to 45 minutes. The flavour usually fades before the nicotine does, so let your own taste call time. When you are done, the can lid has a small catch compartment for used pouches, which is Swedish design shorthand for please stop leaving them in pint glasses.
One pouch at a time is plenty. Swallowing your saliva is fine; swallowing the pouch is not, so bin it once the session ends. If you are brand new to nicotine pouches, our low strength collection is the sensible starting shelf.
Fumi Chilled Cherry vs Other Cherry Nicotine Pouches
Cherry pouches used to mean one thing: very strong, very dark, take-no-prisoners. Chilled Cherry is the first that treats cherry as an everyday flavour rather than an endurance event. Here is how it stacks up against the cherry pouches we stock:
| Pouch | Strength | Character |
|---|---|---|
| Fumi Chilled Cherry | 4mg / 8mg | Ripe cherry, gentle chill, tangy finish. The approachable one |
| Velo Cherry Ice | 10mg | Menthol-first, cherry second. Cooler, less fruit |
| ZYN Black Cherry | 3mg to 11mg | Darker, drier cherry with no cooling layer |
| XQS Black Cherry | 8mg | Sweeter black cherry, softer profile |
| Killa Exclusive Dark Cherry | 16.5mg | Intense dark cherry for strong-pouch users |
| Pablo Exclusive Cherry Cola | 50mg | Cherry cola at extreme strength. Not a starting point |
The short version: if you want cherry flavour first and nicotine second, Chilled Cherry and ZYN Black Cherry are the two worth debating, and Fumi wins on the cooling finish. If you want maximum strength and the cherry is just along for the ride, the Killa and Pablo options exist for exactly that.
Where Chilled Cherry Sits in the Fumi Range
Fumi's fruit shelf now runs seven deep, and each has a distinct job. Tangy Strawberry is the best first Fumi, fresh and slightly tart. Blackcurrant is deeper and darker. Watermelon Mint handles the summery end. Chilled Cherry slots between them: richer than the strawberry, brighter than the blackcurrant, with more genuine fruit than any cherry pouch we have shelved before.
Buy something else if you mainly want frost. The cooling in Chilled Cherry supports the fruit rather than starring, so committed ice-heads will be happier with Freezy Mint. And if savoury experiments are your thing, Salty Raspberry (now also in 4mg) remains the brand's cult favourite. The full line-up lives on our Fumi collection page, with the rest of the fruit crowd in the fruit flavour collection.
Fumi itself launched in 2021, built by Kaj and Dennis, two Swedes the industry calls the Snus Brothers. Manufacturing happens at Helix Sweden AB in Ödeshög, and the brand's whole pitch is flavours nobody else attempts, executed with Swedish pouch chemistry: pH-balanced for a faster uptake and a stabilised, even release instead of one big front-loaded burst. Their official range is on the Fumi website if you fancy comparing notes.
Is Fumi Chilled Cherry Any Good? Our Verdict
Good enough that it made us slightly annoyed nobody did it sooner. Cherry is one of those flavours the pouch industry kept getting wrong, either drowning it in menthol or cranking the strength until taste became irrelevant. This one respects the fruit. The sweetness reads as actual cherry, the chill knows its place, and the tart finish stops it becoming cloying over a long session, which is the quiet failure of most sweet pouches.
It is not perfect. Committed menthol users will find the cooling polite to a fault, and anyone chasing a heavyweight hit has no option above 8mg in this flavour. We would also gently note that the flavour arc rewards patience: judge it at minute two and you get mostly sweetness, judge it at minute twenty and you understand the name. If blind-panel pedigree sways you, the brand's highest-scoring flavour overall remains Minty Blueberry, but among fruit-first pouches at sensible strengths, Chilled Cherry is now the one we point people to first.
Who should skip it: anyone who wants their cherry dark, brooding and 16mg or above (the Killa Exclusive crowd), and anyone who finds fruit flavours in pouches a bit much full stop. Mint people, the minty collection is that way.
Price: What Ten Cans of Fumi Chilled Cherry Should Cost
Singles of Chilled Cherry sell for £4.49 at the big pouch retailers right now. Ten of those is £44.90. Our pack lands the same ten cans for £34.99, so £3.50 each, a £9.91 saving for buying the way most pouch users actually buy: a strength they know, in a flavour they like, without weekly reordering. Both strengths are in stock, which is more than can be said for several launch-week stockists still listing the 8mg only.
Chilled Cherry is brand new, so you will find it in our new in collection alongside whatever else landed this month. One honest caveat to end on: nicotine is addictive whichever flavour it arrives in, and pouches are for existing adult nicotine users, not a hobby to pick up from scratch. If quitting nicotine entirely is the goal, the NHS Better Health service is free and rather good at it.
