Cuba nicotine pouches are slim, tobacco-free pouches made by Nicotobacco in Warsaw, sold in the UK in three lines that the maker rates per gram and per pouch: White at 16mg/g (10.4mg a pouch), the Ninja Edition at 30mg/g (15.6mg a pouch, 25 to a can) and Black at 66mg/g (43mg a pouch, and the pouches themselves are black). Cuba snus is simply what most people call them. One pouch sits under your top lip for half an hour or so, and nothing is lit, inhaled or spat.

Cuba is the Polish brand that made black pouches a thing. Where Killa and Pablo compete on the number printed on the lid, Cuba prints no number at all: a row of dots on the White and Black cans, a ninja and a row of shuriken on the Ninja Edition, and the milligrams on a spec sheet you have to go looking for. That is why this page exists. Half the searches that bring people here are some version of "cuba snus mg", "cuba 43mg" or "how strong is cuba snus", and the honest answer takes a table.

Strictly, none of it is snus. Snus is a Swedish tobacco product, banned from sale in the UK since 1992, whereas Cuba contains no tobacco leaf at all, which is exactly what lets it sit legally on a British shelf. People still search for Cuba snus far more often than for Cuba nicotine pouches UK, our listings call them Cuba nic pouches, and the Black line gets called Cuba Blackline as often as Cuba Black, so all of those names appear on this page. Cuba Snus Strength: 16, 30 and 66mg/g, and What the Lid Actually Says

Cuba publishes two figures for every line and the can prints neither. White is 16mg per gram, which is 10.4mg in a pouch. Ninja is 30mg per gram on a smaller pouch, which is 15.6mg. Black is 66mg per gram, which is 43mg. The lid carries a mark instead of a number: three of six dots for White, the word Strong and four shuriken for Ninja, six of six dots for Black.

The last column deserves a plain apology. Our Cuba listings inherited their labels from the wholesaler's sheets, which quote White and Ninja per gram and Black per pouch, so a search for cuba 16mg, cuba 30mg or cuba 43mg finds the right can here but the three numbers are not on the same scale. We have kept them because that is what the market calls the lines and what people type, and we have put the honest conversion on every page of this hub and in the decoder below rather than quietly relabel. Per pouch, which is the only unit your lip cares about, the ladder is 10.4, 15.6 and 43.

That ladder is lopsided on purpose. White and Ninja are a step apart; Black is nearly three times a Ninja and four times a White. Put against brands that print per pouch, a Cuba White is a four-dot VELO or a Killa, a Cuba Ninja is a five-dot VELO or a Pablo Gold, and a Cuba Black is above anything Pablo or Iceberg sell in this country. If you arrived here from a Killa marked 16, note that Cuba White is marked 16 too and lands in the same place, about 10 to 13mg, because both numbers are per gram. If you arrived from an Iceberg marked 50, that is about 30 to 35mg a pouch, and a Cuba Black is a real step above it, not a sideways move.

Three figures you will read about elsewhere are not on sale here. Cuba Low, the maker's 2026 line at 6.5mg/g (4mg a pouch), has not reached our supplier. Baron Fruit Cocktail, the sister brand at 77mg/g (50mg), is a Baron, not a Cuba, whatever a listing says. And the 100, 150 and 200mg figures people search for trace back to older Ninja cans sold at 150mg/g, about 78mg on the Ninja's 0.52g pouch; the maker's current range stops at 66mg/g and we have never listed the old one. The decoder reads live stock, so a struck-through line means we cannot get it today.

What Is Cuba Black? The 43mg Black Line

Cuba Black, also written Cuba Blackline, is the brand's extreme line: 66mg/g, 43mg in each pouch, twenty to a can, and the pouches are black rather than white. It is the strongest product we sell, the one most people mean when they search for Cuba snus, and the wrong place to start. We list 20 Black flavours, from Black Cola and Black Cherry to Black Cold Dry.

The black pouch is the trick that built the brand. It is the same plant-fibre pouch as a White, dyed, and it does not stain teeth any more than a white one does; the colour is theatre, and effective theatre, because a black pouch on a shop counter says "strong" without a number. The 43mg does the rest. That figure is total nicotine in the pouch, not what your body takes up, and even at the usual absorption of a third or so it is still more than a full-strength cigarette's worth arriving over twenty minutes. First-timers on Black tend to describe sweating, a racing pulse and taking it out at the five-minute mark. That is the pouch working as designed, not a fault, and it is why the decoder above never suggests Black to anyone below the extreme shelf.

Black is the Cuba to buy if your last can was a Pablo Exclusive, an Iceberg Extreme or a Killa Cold Mint 24mg and you want the flavour list at a weight above them. The Black Cola page is the most searched, Black Cherry is the reviewers' pick, Black Double Fresh is the coldest, and Black Jogurt is the strangest thing on this site at 43mg. There is no Black at any other strength; if you want a Cuba flavour at a sane dose, the same twenty names exist as Whites.

The Cuba Ninja Edition: 25 Pouches, Strong, Four Shuriken

The Ninja Edition is Cuba's middle line and its odd one out: a smaller 0.52g pouch at 30mg/g, which is 15.6mg each, packed 25 to a can instead of 20, in a black can with a hooded ninja on the lid, the word Strong and four shuriken where the dots would be. Seven flavours here, none of them shared with White or Black: Energy, Ice Cool, Mint Fresh, Strawberry, Orange, Coconut and Liquorice.

Ninja is the line people search for as cuba ninja snus and then misjudge, because 30 sounds like twice a White and 25 pouches sounds like a bargain. Both are half true. Thirty milligrams per gram on a lighter pouch works out at 15.6mg, so a Ninja is one and a half Whites, not two, and it arrives faster than the number suggests because there is less material between the nicotine and your gum. The 25 pouches are real and make a Ninja can the cheapest Cuba per pouch, and the extra five are why the wholesaler's sheet and some retailers call it the value line.

The flavours are the reason to buy it. Ninja Energy is the best-selling Cuba in the UK by most retailers' accounts, a sweet-sharp energy-drink pouch that Cuba does better than anyone. Ice Cool is the cold menthol, Liquorice is the Nordic one, and Coconut is a pina colada with the pineapple left out. The maker also sells Ninja Bubble Gum and Ninja Pinacolada, which our supplier does not carry; the finder will say so if that changes.

Where to Start

• First Cuba: White Cold Dry, the brand's signature dry mint, or White Forest Berries if you want fruit. Both 10.4mg, both the gentlest rung we have.
• The colas: White Cola at 10.4mg and Black Cola at 43mg. Same sweet caramel cola, two different sports. Cuba Cola is the most searched Cuba flavour in the UK and the Black is what most of those searches mean.
• Mint, cold to colder: Ice Spearmint is the sweet one, Cold Dry is the dry one, Double Fresh is the menthol one, and Ninja Ice Cool is the one that hurts.

Who Makes Cuba? Nicotobacco, Warsaw

Cuba is made by Nicotobacco, the trading name of Nikotabako Sp. z o.o., a Polish company registered in Warsaw in December 2020 whose only business is nicotine pouches. It makes two brands, Cuba and Baron, runs its own factory under the "Nicotobacco Factory" mark you see on every lid, and sells direct across the EU from its own website. Cuba reached the UK in 2023 through wholesalers and has been one of the fastest-growing strong brands here since.

Two things you will read elsewhere are wrong. Cuba is not made by Pafex, and it has no connection to Iceberg; Iceberg is Iceberg Tobacco, a different Warsaw company, and the two brands share a city, a fondness for cartoon lids and nothing else. And the name has nothing to do with the island. It is a brand identity, chosen for the same reason the Ninja is a ninja: it looks good on a black can. The company's own material says "made in Poland" in as many words, and the batch number on the base of each can is the maker's.

The pouch is a slim white with a plant-fibre filler, nicotine, flavourings, sweeteners and, on the Black line, a food-grade dye. The maker's own sheets are unusually complete for the strong end of the market: every product lists nicotine per gram, nicotine per pouch, pouch colour and pouch count, which is more than most of its UK retailers manage. The cans were redesigned in 2025 with the marble texture and the six-dot row you see on this page; older White cans printed three stars in the same spot and hold the same pouch.

Our Honest Cuba Snus Review

Cuba is the extreme brand with the sweetest flavour list. If you already live on the strong shelf and want cola, yoghurt and energy drink at 43mg, nothing else in the UK does that. If you want a first strong pouch, want a single can to try, or want anything between 15.6mg and 43mg, it is not the range. Nobody has reviewed a Cuba with us yet, so what follows is our own view, not customer stars.

• Flavour: Sweet, bold and slightly synthetic, in the way of a good cordial rather than a fruit bowl. The mints are the exception: Cold Dry is genuinely dry and grown-up, and the best thing the brand makes. The Black line carries flavour better than most extreme pouches because there is enough sugar to stand up to the nicotine.
• Strength honesty: Mixed. The maker publishes both figures, which is admirable; the can prints neither, which is not, and the market has spent three years quoting whichever number sells. Our own labels are part of that mess, and the table above is the fix.
• Delivery: Fast. A Black arrives inside two minutes and peaks around ten; a Ninja is quicker still on its small pouch; a White is closer to a VELO curve. All three run wetter than a ZYN Regular, which helps the speed and hurts the pouch life.
• Feel: Slim, soft, moderately moist. The Ninja pouch is noticeably smaller and some people find it fiddly; the Black pouch feels identical to the White, dye aside.
• Against it: Packs of 10 only, so no single-can sampling here. Supply is by the wholesaler's mood and the Black line in particular comes and goes. Nothing between the Ninja and the Black. And no reviews here yet, which we would rather say than fake.

How to Use a Cuba Pouch

Tuck one pouch between your upper lip and gum, leave it for twenty to forty minutes without chewing, then bin it. A tingle in the first minute is the nicotine at work, not a fault; on a Black it is a proper burn for the first five, and taking it out early is the correct response, not a failure.

Twist the lid, take one pouch and park it slightly off-centre. Take it out whenever the flavour fades or the head goes light; there is no prize for lasting the full forty minutes, and with a Black the first one is better at fifteen. Who Cuba Suits, and When to Buy Something Else

Cuba snus suits experienced pouch users who want sweet flavours at serious strength and can read a spec sheet. Skip it here if you want a single can, if you want a first strong pouch, if the flavour you are after is waiting on the supplier, or if you need a rung between 15.6mg and 43mg.

• No single cans. We sell Cuba only in packs of 10 cans of one flavour and line, so trying Jogurt means owning ten of them. Our VELO and Nordic Spirit ranges do come as single cans, if you want to test a flavour first.
• Supply is patchy, and worst on Black. Cuba reaches us through a UK wholesaler rather than the maker, and the Black line in particular sells out there for weeks at a time. A struck-through can in the finder means we cannot get it today, and the button on its page will say Back Soon rather than take your money.
• The gap in the middle. 15.6mg to 43mg is the biggest jump of any brand we sell. People who find Ninja thin and Black brutal end up on a Pablo Exclusive or an Iceberg Extreme instead, both around 30mg.
• Mixed-unit labels. Our 16mg and 30mg are per gram and our 43mg is per pouch, for the reasons above. Read the table, not the number.
• No reviews here yet. Nobody has reviewed a Cuba can with us so far, and we are not going to invent any.

Cuba Snus vs Iceberg, Pablo and Killa

Per pouch, Cuba White at 10.4mg matches a four-dot VELO or a Killa, Cuba Ninja at 15.6mg matches a five-dot VELO or a Pablo Gold, and Cuba Black at 43mg is above everything: roughly a third stronger than a Pablo Exclusive or an Iceberg Extreme, which both land around 30 to 35mg. On flavour Cuba is the sweetest of the four; on single-can availability and reviews, the other three beat it here.

Iceberg is the comparison people make most, and the confusion runs deep: both Polish, both Warsaw-registered, both fond of a character on the lid, both quoted per gram by retailers who never say so. They are different companies, and per pouch an Iceberg Extreme sits between a Cuba Ninja and a Cuba Black. Pablo is the other Polish extreme brand and prints its number; a Pablo Exclusive marked 50 is about 30mg, so a Cuba Black is a step up from it, not level. Killa is the brand people wrongly assume is far stronger than a Cuba White: both are marked 16, both are per gram, and both land around 10 to 13mg. Cuba and UK Law in 2026

Cuba nicotine pouches are legal to buy and use in the UK if you are 18 or over, and there is no legal cap on strength, which is how a 43mg pouch can sit on a British shelf. Under the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026, selling nicotine pouches to anyone under 18 becomes a criminal offence from 29 October 2026, and an advertising ban follows on 1 June 2027. The Vaping Products Duty that starts on 1 October 2026 covers e-liquid, not pouches.
