Age Verification
18+ only
NicotineBuzz sells nicotine pouches to adults aged 18 or over, and to nobody else. This is our firm policy and reflects UK age-of-sale law for nicotine products. Nicotine is addictive, and our products are for existing adult nicotine users only.
How we check your age
Every order, guest or account, goes through the same check:
- Date of birth at checkout. You must enter your date of birth before you can pay. Our checkout will not take payment from anyone under 18, and the check is enforced on our server, not just in your browser.
- Stored with the order. The date of birth you give is saved against your order as our record that the age check was done, and is kept for as long as we keep the order (see our Privacy Policy).
- ID before dispatch where needed. If anything about an order makes us doubt the buyer's age, we email you and ask for a photo of a passport, driving licence or PASS card before we dispatch. We look at it, note that it was checked, and delete the image. If it is not provided, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
- ID at the door. Parcels are tracked. The courier may ask the person accepting the parcel for photo ID, and will not hand it to anyone who appears to be under 18 and cannot prove otherwise.
What we do not do
- We do not run a credit check. Nothing we do affects your credit file.
- We do not store copies of ID documents. Where we ask to see one, it is checked and deleted.
- We do not sell to anyone who gives a false date of birth or buys for someone under 18. Such orders are cancelled, and we may refuse future orders.
Parents and guardians
If you believe someone under 18 has ordered from us, email info@nicotinebuzz.co.uk with the order details and we will cancel and refund the order and take the appropriate steps.
