UBBS nicotine pouches (übbs on the can), often searched for as UBBS snus, are tobacco-free pouches designed in Sweden, labelled per pouch from 4mg Mild to 20mg Intense. We list twelve flavours, from Peppermint and Menthol to Coffee, Salted Caramel and Spicy Cherry, with the lid's dots decoded below. Packs of 5, mix and match, next day delivery. 18+ only.
UBBS Snus and UBBS Nicotine Pouches, Explained
UBBS (written übbs on the can) is a tobacco-free nicotine pouch brand launched in 2022 and described by its makers as designed in Sweden. It sells 20-pouch cans at five strengths, from 4mg Mild to 20mg Intense per pouch, and stands out for flavours such as Coffee, Salted Caramel and Spicy Cherry.
Searches split three ways: UBBS snus, übbs pouches and UBBS nicotine pouches. They all mean the same product, and we use all three. Only one is technically right. Snus is ground tobacco and has been illegal to sell in the UK since 1992; a UBBS pouch holds plant fibre, nicotine, flavouring and water, and nothing grown in a tobacco field. Our guide to snus vs nicotine pouches explains why that matters.
The brand's selling point is range. Very few pouch makers cover both a genuine 4mg starter and a 20mg top end, and fewer still bother with a coffee flavour that tastes of coffee rather than of a coffee-scented candle.

UBBS Strengths: Mild, Regular, Strong, Max and Intense
UBBS measures nicotine in milligrams per pouch, and names five rungs: Mild 4mg, Regular 6mg, Strong 11mg, Max 14mg and Intense 20mg. The lid shows the same thing as dots: one, two, four, five or six. There is no three-dot UBBS.
That missing three catches people out. The white cans use a four-dot row for the lower rungs, so a Regular shows two filled dots of four and a Strong shows all four. Max then adds a fifth dot and Intense a sixth, which is why other shops that describe UBBS as "a four-dot scale" end up drawing the 14mg and 20mg cans the same as the 11mg. They are not the same, not remotely.

1. What do you use now?
Pick one to get a starting rung. UBBS measures nicotine per pouch, names five rungs from Mild to Intense on the rim, and adds dots on the lid as strength rises.

Ranges are the strengths we stock, per pouch, at a 0.65g pouch for the mg/g brands. UBBS runs from 4 to 20mg.

Why Do Some UBBS Cans Look Different?
UBBS currently sells two can designs. Most of the range uses a white lid with the brand's sunglasses-wearing mascot, "ESTD 2022" either side of it, the flavour on a coloured band and the strength word on a small tab at the rim. A newer full-colour design, used here for Cherry, Coffee and the 20mg Peppermint, prints the milligrams in the middle of the lid and moves the dots to the top. Both show the same information, and a flavour can switch from one design to the other without the pouch inside changing.
Because the figure is per pouch, there is no arithmetic. An 11mg UBBS puts 11mg in each pouch, the same way a VELO or ZYN label works, and the opposite of Pablo or Killa, whose large numbers are per gram. A few UK listings still describe UBBS strengths as milligrams per gram, which the brand's own strength guide contradicts plainly.
The UBBS Range We Stock

New UBBS Flavours in 2026
UBBS adds flavours more often than most brands. In 2026 alone it has launched Ice Cold and Mango in the spring and Cucumber in early September, alongside a Watermelon Max at 14mg. None of these has reached our shelves yet. When a new flavour does arrive here, it will appear in the grid and the finder above with its strength and a page of its own, and we will say so on this page rather than quietly adding it. If there is a UBBS you want and cannot find, the flavour you are after is probably one of these.
Coffee, Salted Caramel and Spicy Cherry: The Unusual UBBS Flavours
UBBS is best known for flavours other brands avoid. Coffee is a roasted coffee taste with no caffeine at all, according to UBBS; Salted Caramel is sweet and buttery with a salty finish; Spicy Cherry adds real chilli heat to a sweet cherry. All three are easy to like and hard to find elsewhere.
The Coffee question comes up constantly, so here is the brand's answer in its own words: there is no caffeine involved whatsoever. It is a flavour, and at 4mg Mild it is also one of the gentlest UBBS cans. Cola Ice is the same story: a cola taste, not a cola drink, with no caffeine listed.
Salted Caramel wears a black "Exclusive" can and is the most dessert-like thing in the range; at 11mg it can feel slightly softer than an 11mg mint, simply because there is no menthol adding to the sensation. Spicy Cherry, only at 6mg, is the one to try if you think you have tasted every fruit pouch. The heat builds slowly and fades before the nicotine does.
These three sit on our sweet and dessert and spicy flavour shelves as well as here.
What Is Inside a UBBS Pouch?
Plant-based white fibre, water, nicotine, flavourings and sweetener, with no tobacco leaf, so the pouch stays white in use. UBBS describes its pouches as moist, and they feel it: soft, pliable and quick to release flavour, without the dry, papery feel of some slim pouches. That moisture is also why the flavour arrives fast and the tingle follows close behind.
Is UBBS a Good Choice for Vapers?
It is one of the better ones, for two reasons. First, the flavour list reads like a vape shop's: Watermelon, Berry, Cola Ice, Peach Passion. Second, the ladder starts low, with a genuine 4mg and a 6mg, which suits someone used to lighter e-liquid. As a rough guide, low-strength vapers settle at Mild or Regular, and people on 20mg nic salt through the day usually land on 11mg Strong. Give any new strength at least a full week: pouch nicotine arrives more gradually than a puff, and that slower start is exactly what tempts people to jump two rungs too soon.
Which UBBS Should You Buy?
Choose the rung first. Mild or Regular if you are new to pouches or come from vaping, Strong if you smoked or already use pouches daily, Max and Intense only if Strong no longer does much. Then choose the flavour: UBBS has something in every family.
- New to pouches but already using nicotine: 4mg Coffee or Peach Passion, then 6mg Regular. Our low strength shelf lists more options at this level.
- Coming from a vape: 6mg Regular in Watermelon, Berry or Cola Ice will feel familiar.
- Former smoker: 11mg Strong. Peppermint or Menthol if you like it clean, Salted Caramel if you do not.
- Daily strong-pouch user: 14mg Menthol Max, then 20mg Peppermint Intense only if you genuinely need more.
A sensible first order is two different packs of five at the same strength: one mint and one of the unusual flavours. Everything counts together for the per-can rate, so exploring the range costs nothing extra. If one of them becomes your regular, the next order can simply be more of the same, with any other UBBS flavour adding to the count.
Who Makes UBBS?
UBBS says its pouches are designed in Sweden and manufactured to pharmaceutical standards. The cans read "ESTD 2022". Its UK online shop is run by RV Karma Limited, a company registered in Sevenoaks, Kent, and the brand's own LinkedIn profile describes UBBS as founded in the UK with manufacturing in India.
Put together, that is a UK-run brand with Swedish design credentials and production outside Scandinavia, which is more common in the pouch market than the flags on most cans suggest. Several UK retailers describe UBBS as Swedish-made or name a Swedish factory; we have found nothing to support either, so we do not repeat it. What UBBS does publish is consistent and useful: the per-pouch strengths, the ingredients and the use guidance all match across its own pages.
For shoppers, the practical upshot is simple. Judge UBBS on the can, not the flag: the strength is printed per pouch, the dots follow a clear pattern, and the pouch performs the same whether your can is white or full colour.
UBBS Nicotine Pouches Review: Our Honest Take
UBBS is one of the most interesting ranges we stock: honest per-pouch labelling, a real ladder from 4mg to 20mg and flavours with personality. The downsides are a sweet streak on the fruit cans and a range where not every flavour comes at every strength.
We have no customer reviews for UBBS yet, so this is our assessment rather than a rating. The mints are well judged, with Menthol the pick for anyone who wants plain, uncomplicated cold. Salted Caramel is the flavour people come back for. Coffee is subtler than you might expect, closer to a cold brew than an espresso. The pouches are soft, slim and moderately moist, and flavour lasts comfortably through the half hour UBBS suggests.
Where it loses a mark: the fruit flavours are sweet, and if you dislike sweetness you will be happier with the mints. The range also moves quickly, with new flavours arriving every few months, so the can you liked last spring may have a new sibling, or a new design, by autumn.
UBBS vs SYX, Edge, VELO and ZYN
UBBS has the widest strength ladder of the brands below, from 4mg to 20mg, all printed per pouch. SYX matches it at the top but starts at 6mg; Edge starts lower but stops at 16mg; VELO and ZYN have bigger ranges of flavour but lower ceilings.
| Brand | Per pouch here | Flavours here | Can shows |
|---|---|---|---|
| UBBS | 4 to 20mg | Twelve | Word and dots |
| SYX | 6 to 20mg | Nine | mg and word |
| Edge | 3 to 16mg | Five | Word and five dots |
| VELO | 6 to 17mg | Over twenty | mg and dots |
| ZYN | 1.5 to 13.5mg | Mint, fruit, coffee | mg and dots |
How UBBS Packs and Prices Work
UBBS comes in packs of 5 cans of one flavour and strength, and every UBBS can in your basket counts towards the price per can. One pack is £3.99 a can; from 40 cans the rate falls to £3.30, about 16p a pouch.
| Cans | Per can | Per pouch | Basket |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 (1 pack) | £3.99 | 20p | £19.95 |
| 10+ (2 packs) | £3.59 | 18p | £35.90 |
| 20+ (4 packs) | £3.45 | 17p | £69.00 |
| 40+ (8 packs) | £3.30 | 16p | £132.00 |
Packs of five make UBBS one of the easier brands to explore: two different flavours is only ten cans. Standard delivery is free on orders over £17.45 and £2.95 below that; next day delivery is £4.99 if you order before 3pm, Monday to Friday. The shipping policy has the detail.

UBBS Downsides, and Who It Is Not For
UBBS is not for anyone who dislikes sweet pouches, not for people who want their favourite flavour at every strength, and its Max and Intense cans are strictly for heavy daily users. Availability of individual flavours also comes and goes.
- Sweet-leaning fruit. The mints are the safe choice if you prefer things dry.
- Uneven strength coverage. Spicy Cherry is 6mg only; Zest Ice and Cherry 11mg only; only Peppermint reaches 20mg here.
- Patchy stock. Some strengths are waiting on the supplier at any given time; the grid is the honest picture.
- A confusing dot row. One, two, four, five and six dots, with no three. Use the table above.
- Max and Intense are serious. Treat them as a destination for long-standing users, not a challenge.
How to Open and Use a UBBS Can
Open the can, place one pouch under your upper lip and to one side, and leave it for up to 30 minutes, as UBBS recommends. When you are done, put the pouch in the top compartment of the lid or in the bin, and recycle the empty can separately.
UBBS sums it up as "pop, tingle, discard". The tingle is the nicotine being released and is stronger on the 11mg cans and above; it fades after the first few minutes. If you feel dizzy or queasy, take the pouch out and drop a rung next time. Our full guide to using nicotine pouches covers the basics for any brand.
Are UBBS Nicotine Pouches Legal in the UK?
Yes. UBBS contains no tobacco, so it is legal to buy and use in the UK if you are 18 or over, unlike tobacco snus. From 29 October 2026 the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 makes selling nicotine products to under-18s a criminal offence.
We check ages at checkout and sell to adults only. Nicotine pouches are outside the vaping products duty that applies to e-liquid, so it does not affect UBBS prices. Nicotine is addictive; UBBS is not for non-users, anyone under 18, or anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. The snus collection lists every tobacco-free pouch UK shoppers search for as snus.
