ELF - Cool Storm

ELF Cool Storm Nicotine Pouches

ELF Cool Storm is a smooth, icy mint, "Icy and minty. Kicks in smooth, stays refreshing." It is softer than Max Polar Mint and unrelated to VELO's old Cooling Storm. The brand's own UK shop stopped listing it in 2026, so buy while our supplier still has it.

ELF prints the nicotine per pouch, with a six-dot row on the lid: the 12mg Medium shows four dots and the 20mg X-Strong, marked EXTRA STRONG on the 2026 can, shows all six. There is nothing to convert, so a 20mg ELF puts 20mg in each of the 20 slim pouches in the can. The 12mg is the everyday choice for someone who already uses nicotine; leave the 20mg until the 12mg feels thin. The 6mg Mellow is not available from our supplier.

For a sharper, colder mint, try ELF Max Polar Mint. Every flavour, the dot system and an honest review are on our full ELF range, strengths decoded. Packs of 10 cans, next day delivery. Nicotine is addictive; 18+ only.
